The Backpack Attack is that special moment of the year when we begin the school year with high hopes. They say the first step is important, and indeed, it is for these families. Getting off to a good start motivates students to look forward to the school year. The Backpack Attack brings hope, inspiration, and motivation. It reminds us that everything will be alright.

All these wonderful things are possible thanks to our sponsors and partners. Our collective effort made it possible to provide 200 backpacks and school supplies. The smiles on the students’ faces say it all: they truly enjoy receiving a new backpack, school supplies, and good wishes for the upcoming school year.

Along with the backpacks and school supplies, our organization arranged a fair with different booths. At each booth, one of our partners taught our scholars about topics such as nutrition, study habits, crime prevention, and English as a second language. We wanted to give our scholars the opportunity to explore different fields of knowledge that may spark an interest in the medium or long term. We love helping our students broaden their horizons and discover new possibilities.
